1.) Email CustomerService@powerking.co.za or call 066 095 2780 with your order number to receive your returns authorization. If the item is defective or damaged during shipping, we will issue pre-paid return shipping authorization and return shipping label where applicable. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
2.) We do not accept any returns after 14 days from shipping date.
3.) If you believe that your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will work with quickly to resolve your issue.
4.) To cancel and order, please contact our Customer Service Department on +27 79 514 0125 as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment (as per Point above) as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our facilities.
